2015年6月，江苏省勘察设计行业协会根据省政府对江苏建设“迈上新台阶、建设新江苏”的目标，策划了 “青年建筑师乡村行”首站走进盱眙公益设计活动。组织我省获得过“全国优秀青年建筑师”称号的5位青年建筑师，为盱眙县4个公共服务驿站提供方案设计，ARCO安构建筑设计总监贺颖参与了本次公益活动，设计了乐博驿站项目。

项目设计探索了乡村背景下的场所再造策略，希望新的驿站可以更好的融入环境肌理，将建筑转换成场地的延伸，同时可以起到激活空间活动的作用。

In June 2015, the Jiangsu Survey and Design Industry Association planned the first stop of the "Young Architects' Rural Tour" to enter Xuyi for public welfare design activities, in accordance with the provincial government's goal of "taking Jiangsu to a new level and building a new Jiangsu". Five young architects who have been awarded the title of "National Excellent Young Architect" in our province were organized to provide scheme design for four public service stations in Xuyi County. Mr. He Ying, the design director of the company, participated in this public welfare activity and designed the Lebo Station project.

The project design explores the strategy of place reconstruction in rural backgrounds, hoping that the new post station can better integrate into the environmental texture, transform the building into an extension of the site, and at the same time activate spatial activities.
